How it Works

  • Discovery. Share your company branding, audience and marketing strategies. And we create a user experience that moves your website visitor through the customer journey.
  • We create wireframes that mockup the user journey and provide main points of interaction to the designer. Your approval is obtained before we move on to the next stage.
  • Our lovely designer creates mockups based on the previous interviews, your goals, her marketing and design education, and the approved wireframes.
  • At each stage we welcome feedback and obtain approval before proceeding. After the design mockups are approved we send that to our dev team.
  • The test site is where we develop your mockups into real websites. After you approve this stage you will have access to make any changes you like and set up a launch date.
  • On test site, live site and 30 days after launch, you have access to our professional video library, documentation and email support.

The answer to both is yes! The Kadence Framework provides the basis of all our WordPress themes (since 2021).  The framework is yours and comes with free upgrades for life.  The child theme is the custom-part of the framework that we will create for you, and will be available exclusively for you and your site(s).   Our code is top quality; we use very few plugins when structuring your site. We follow best practices as outlined here and here..

Of course!  We know that one of the biggest benefits to WordPress are the plugins that you can add to your site.  We do our best to reduce any potential for conflicts with plugins. We code according to standards set out here and here by WordPress.  It is still a good idea to discuss any desired plugins with us so we can keep your site safe and secure.

Absolutely. One of the benefits of WordPress is the ease of use.  We will show you how to use it and send training emails designed for small business owners to develop a useful and profitable website.

Your website will come with a ‘documentation’ tab right under the Dashboard tab. It will have tutorials on how to use all the features of your new theme. If you’re wondering about the Block Editor, we recommend the class here.

Absolutely! Remember that these are block themes and you will have an entire library of blocks with which to create unlimited pages. However if you’d like our Fabulous designer to create a couple extra templates for you, we do that at $399 (with purchase of a custom theme).

During our initial conversation we’ll discover if you need other functions like shops, directories or maps added to your project. Anything is possible with WordPress!
