Unfortunately accidents do happen. And for that, we always keep redundant backups. We have on-site and off-site (Amazon S3) backups of all your files and databases. Backups are run for a maximum of 3 months with each purchase.

Up to date software is an important part of your site’s overall health and security. Out of date software is the number one cause of hacked sites. We upgrade all the site software – both plugins and themes.

Redundant upgrades are good; redundant plugins are not. Every plugin adds to your page’s load time and risk of complication. We review your site for any plugins that are unused or unnecessary. We review your site for unknown or unproven plugins and suggest alternatives.

clean

Just like your laptop – a nice clean site runs faster and smoother. We clean up all unused plugins, delete all spam, post revisions, and database overhead. Clean sites also greatly reduce the risk of infection.

We review and report back on major findings and things that you may want to address. Site statistics include the number of visits you’re receiving, how many pages they view, how long they stay and why they leave.
