“One Ticket” Tasks

Most small things can be done within 1 ticket. “Small things” is subjective so here’s a sample list of 1-ticket tasks:

  • Add a new page or post to the website
  • Add a form (1-2 page long)
  • Website backup

  • Add a Table of Contents
  • Update WordPress
  • Database cleanup

These are not 1-ticket tasks:

  • Moving WordPress to another hosting account
  • Cleanup and recovery of hacked WordPress website
  • Brand new website setup including content entry or theme customization
  • Custom plugin or theme development

Requests are completed, in most cases the same business day. For best chances, get your requests in before noon PST.

Predictable Cost

Small tasks are all completed for one fee. Once accepted, we will complete the task for the quoted amount.

No Plugins

We do not use plugins to make our jobs easier. If we can hard-code something, we will. Plugin Policy here.

You’ll receive a screenshot of work performed, along with any instructions that you need. We also keep a record on your file for future use.
